Payment for the goods
- The price of the goods sold in the Online store is indicated in rubles of the Russian Federation. Payment is made to the accounts specified by the Seller.

- The prices of the Goods are determined by the Seller unilaterally and indisputably and are indicated on the pages of the online store located at the Internet address: xizsport.ru . In case of incorrect indication of the price of the Goods ordered by the Buyer, the Seller informs the Buyer about this in order to confirm the Order at the corrected price or cancel the Order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, this Order is considered canceled. If the Order has been paid, the Seller returns the amount paid for the Order to the Buyer in the same way it was paid.

- The price of the Product on the Website can be changed unilaterally by the Seller. At the same time, the price of the Goods ordered by the Buyer cannot be changed. The offer to conclude a contract for a specific product is valid for the duration of the product's stay on the Seller's website, subject to the availability of this product in the Seller's warehouse.

- The Buyer can make the payment in the following ways:
• In cash or by bank card to the courier upon receipt;
• In cash or by bank card in the chain stores;
• Online payment on the website using the UCassa service.

- Features of payment for Goods using bank cards:
- In accordance with the regulation of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation "On the issue of bank cards and on transactions performed using payment cards" dated 12/24/2004 No. 266-P, transactions on bank cards are performed by the cardholder or a person authorized by him.

- Authorization of bank card transactions is carried out by the bank. If the bank has reason to believe that the transaction is fraudulent, the bank has the right to refuse to carry out this operation. Fraudulent transactions with bank cards fall under the scope of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

- In order to avoid cases of various kinds of misuse of bank cards when paying, all Orders placed on the Website and prepaid with a bank card are checked by the Seller.

- The seller has the right to provide discounts on Goods and establish a bonus program. The types of discounts, bonuses, the order and conditions of accrual are determined by the Seller independently and are indicated on the Website.

- If, when applying the discount / bonus, the recalculated value of the Seller's Goods includes pennies, such value of the Goods is subject to rounding down to a multiple of 1 (One) ruble.

- When conducting marketing activities involving the investment of any objects in shipments with the Buyer's Order, the delivery of these investments is carried out at the expense of the Buyer. In order to refuse the attachment, the Buyer must contact the Seller through the Contacts section.

- The Seller has the right to decide to block the payment method for the Buyer "In cash or by bank card to the courier upon receipt", in relation to the Goods sold by the Seller in the following cases:
• if the Buyer committed or was suspected by the Seller of committing illegal actions aimed at causing losses to the Company (theft, robbery, robbery, fraud, intentional damage to property, etc.);
• if the Buyer, in the Seller's opinion, behaved incorrectly when communicating with the call center manager, sales representative, other employees of the Company and/or committed intentional acts against employees of the company (causing harm to health of varying severity, hooliganism, insults, threats, restriction of freedom, etc.).
At the same time, if it was established that the Buyer, in respect of whom the payment method "In cash or by bank card to the courier upon receipt" was blocked, uses another account to order goods on the terms of payment "In Cash or by bank card to the courier upon receipt", the payment terms may also be blocked for such an account "In cash or by bank card to the courier upon receipt." These provisions are not a manifestation of discrimination and are not aimed at infringing on the rights guaranteed by the legislation of the Russian Federation to consumers, but are aimed at reducing losses from the actions of Buyers

- The Seller has the right to limit the payment methods available to the Buyer depending on the volume of previous orders.
